Data Protection

1.  Contents of the website:
OHROPAX accepts no liability for how up-to-date, correct or complete the information presented on this website is, nor for the quality of the information presented. Liability claims made against OHROPAX which relate to loss of goodwill or material damage caused by the usage or non-usage of the featured information, or alternatively through the use of incorrect and incomplete information, are excluded in principle unless it can be demonstrated that OHROPAX acted wilfully or was grossly negligent. All proposals are subject to change and without obligation. OHROPAX expressly reserves the right to modify, to add information or to delete it from parts or all of the website without prior notification or to cease publication temporarily or on a permanent basis.

1.2 Legal validity of this disclaimer:
This exclusion of liability is to be considered a part of this internet offer. Should sections or individual wording of this text not, no longer, or not fully comply with the applicable legislation, the content and validity of the remaining sections of the document shall remain unaffected thereby.

2. References and links:
OHROPAX has no influence on the design and contents of third-party websites. We thus disassociate ourselves from all third-party contents, even if a link to these external websites  has been made by OHROPAX. For direct or indirect references to external websites ("hyperlinks") that lie outside OHROPAX' sphere of responsibility, a liability obligation would only become effective if OHROPAX were aware of the contents and it would be technically feasible and reasonable for OHROPAX to prevent usage in the event of unlawful contents. OHROPAX hereby expressly declares that at the time of creating the links, no illegal contents were perceivable on the pages to be linked. OHROPAX has no influence on the current and future design, the contents or the authorship of the linked websites. We therefore disassociate ourselves from all contents of all linked sites which have been modified since the links were created. This declaration applies to all links and references included within our own website as well as to entries by third parties in guest books, discussion forums, link directories, mailing lists and in all other forms of database set up by OHROPAX to which external write access is enabled. Liability for illegal, incorrect or incomplete contents and in particular for any damage resulting from the use or non-use of such information offered lies only with the provider of the website to which reference was made, not the author of the website which merely makes reference to the publication in the form of links.
